Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). Orders are not guaranteed to ship out the same day regardless of shipping method selected. All customers who provide an email address will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL & CANADA

You are responsible for paying additional duties, taxes and applicable customs brokerage fees put into place by your country. Please check with your country's customs office prior to purchasing to determine additional fees.  You will be charged these additional fees once you receive your package.

LOST IN MAIL

For domestic orders, if your package has not been received within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification, please contact us and we will direct with how to file a claim. For international orders, if your package has not been received within 6 weeks of receiving your shipping notification, please contact us and we will direct with how to file a claim.

WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE & TRACKINGS SHOWS AS DELIVERED?

You will need to contact USPS or Fed-Ex for assistance.  If your order was shipped USPS, you may contact them online through the USPS website, where you can enter your tracking number, select Customer Service FAQ, and complete the online request for the delayed mail report. If your order was shipped via FedEx, you may go to https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track.

HYH is not responsible for mail that is lost by USPS or FedEx. Thank you for your understanding.


Return Policy

We will accept returns within 21 days of delivery that: have not been worn, altered, stained or washed; have no perfume or smoke smell; have no animal or pet hair; be in resale condition; have ALL tags attached [please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove the tags].

NO RETURNS FOR CREDIT WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 21 DAYS. If returns are received after 21 days but within 30, or you do not meet the return guidelines, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

When sending your return, please include a copy of your packing slip and reason for the return. If you no longer have the packing slip, include a note with your name, order #, email address, and reason for the return.

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless we have made a mistake in sending the wrong item or the item is defective in some way.

A refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 business days from the receipt of your return.  If you provided an email address, we’ll email you when your refund has been processed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.


Exchange Policy

We will accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery that: have not been worn, altered, stained or washed; have no perfume or smoke smell; have no animal or pet hair; be in resale condition; have ALL tags attached [please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove the tags].

When sending your return, please include a copy of your packing slip and the item you would like to exchange for. If you no longer have the packing slip, include a note with your name, order #, email address, and the item you would like to exchange for.

If the item that you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue you a refund (minus the shipping fees) if the above return guidelines are met.
